Terms and conditions.

Rumour jewellery is made to the highest standards of craftmanship and service. Will will always:

	Accept return of goods in perfect condition for any reason within 30 days for refund or exchange (this does not include earrings and bespoke jewellery items).

	Bespoke / custom jewellery items will be made to your specific instructions and altered or adjusted if required. We can not resell bespoke precious jewellery as it is unique to your requirements.

	Retain title of goods until full payment is made. The buyer then assumes all risk for the goods once they take possession.

	Guarantee products for their lifetime (not including accidental breakage, but we can always repair it). Bespoke items created by Rumour which require repair or modification must be returned to our own workshops for inspection or repair.

	Aim to deliver goods within 14 working days (bespoke / custom jewellery commissioned work usually takes 2 to 3 weeks from the finalised design).

	Deliver your goods by recorded delivery to the billing address (secure & insured)

	Not pass your details to third parties
